We offer a rewarding role supporting adults who need additional help to live independently. You may help residents learn new skills, support older people, assist individuals with disabilities, or provide help with aspects of their personal care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Resident support — Helping people maintain independence, dignity and choice.
- Activity involvement — Encouraging participation in hobbies, social events and meaningful daily routines.
- Personalised care — Providing assistance tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Team collaboration — Working closely with colleagues to create a warm, supportive environment.

Local Government Reorganisation
The Government has confirmed that local government across Lancashire will be reorganised, with the current 15 councils being replaced by four new unitary councils covering North, South, East and West Lancashire from April 2028.

However, as part of the planned transition, your employment will transfer to one of the new unitary councils from April 2028, subject to the implementation of the reorganisation and relevant employment legislation.
