An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Paralegal to join a successful and close-knit Property Department in Chichester.

The department covers both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work alongside experienced Fee Earners within a supportive, professional and client-focused environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive Paralegal who enjoys working as part of a team while taking ownership of their responsibilities and delivering a high standard of client service.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day paralegal and administrative support to Fee Earners
- Assisting with residential property transactions and progressing matters efficiently
- Communicating professionally with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised electronic files
- Assisting with file management and ensuring matters remain compliant with internal procedures
- Supporting the department with general administrative and secretarial duties
- Working effectively within a paper-lite/paperless environment
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and client care at all times

- Previous experience working as a Paralegal within a Residential Property/Conveyancing Department
- Previous experience working within a solicitors' office
- Strong administrative, organisational and IT skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- The ability to communicate confidently with clients and professional third parties
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
- A good understanding of file compliance and professional standards
- Experience working with electronic case management systems and in a paperless environment.
