Residential Property Associate – 2–3 PQE
North London
Up to £60,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2–3 PQE Residential Property Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in North London.
The firm has an excellent reputation within the residential property market and acts for a strong and varied client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and reputable team, with the opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload.

The Role
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • High-value residential transactions
  • New build transactions – experience preferred
  • Lease extensions and associated residential property work
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Acting for HNW clients and other private individuals
  • Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be:

  • 2–3 years PQE with solid residential conveyancing experience
  • Experienced in managing a caseload with a good degree of autonomy
  • New build experience preferred, although not essential
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Keen to develop their career within a well-regarded North London firm
  • Comfortable dealing with a quality client base and complex transactions
