Residential Property Associate
2+ PQE
HNW & UHNW
Central London
I’m currently working with a highly regarded, long-established London law firm that is looking to appoint a Residential Property Associate at 2+ PQE to join its specialist residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property lawyer looking to work with a HNW and UHNW client base on sophisticated, high-value residential property matters across London.
The caseload will include:
- High-value freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Prime and super-prime Central London properties
- Multi-million-pound residential transactions
- Lease extensions, variations and complex leasehold matters
- Properties held through trusts, companies and investment structures
- Portfolio acquisitions and disposals for private clients and investors
- Refinancing and mortgage transactions involving high-value assets
- International clients, new-build and off-plan purchases
- Working alongside private client, tax and other specialist teams on multidisciplinary matters

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years' PQE in residential property
- Strong experience handling high-value residential transactions
- Experience acting for HNW/UHNW individuals or a genuine desire to move into this market
- Excellent technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
- Strong client management and communication skills
- A commercial, polished and personable approach
