Residential Conveyancer – Blackburn (Hybrid working) – £28,000 - £38,000 basic DOE
This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing, solicitor lawyers and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team.

What you’ll be doing
As a Conveyancer, you will:
- Handle a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
- Manage on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
- Draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
- Apply for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
- Complete SDLT forms

What you will have
- Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
