BPLS is looking for experienced Conveyancers to join us. With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients.
As we grow our team, you'll have the opportunity to influence how things are done rather than simply being a cog in a machine, while shaping your future career goals with a company that is committed to helping you achieve them.
Whether you want to gain more experience, upskill yourself or progress into management, we'll help you build the right progression path to get there.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1.5-2 years managing your own Conveyancing (purchasing) caseload
- Leasehold and freehold purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
- Help to Buy
Bonus experience:
- Bridging loans
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act

- Organise and manage your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
- Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with SLA turnaround times
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
- Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction

- A team player who uses initiative under pressure
- Empathetic and a patient demeanour with clients
- Strong communicator, highly organised with their own time and workload, and detail focused
