Residential Property Fee Earner
Location: Warminster
Experience: 2+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £50,000-£70,000 DOE
A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Fee Earner to join its busy property team in Warminster.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property professional to join a supportive and client-focused team, managing a varied caseload while benefiting from strong progression opportunities.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, handling matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build properties
- General residential conveyancing matters

You will also:
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear and regular communication
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Progress transactions efficiently and to deadline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including AML, CQS and SRA standards
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the property team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- 2+ PQE or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Proactive, motivated and committed to delivering a high-quality service
