Residential Conveyancing | 2+ PQE | Hybrid Working Available
A long-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its successful Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to join a friendly and supportive firm with a strong local reputation, high levels of repeat business and a steady flow of quality residential property work.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while working alongside an experienced team committed to delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising clients on re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- 2+ years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive and team-focused approach

Suitable for candidates based in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury and the surrounding areas.
