Residential Conveyancing 3+PQE | Hybrid Working | Quality Work
A highly regarded and established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its successful Real Estate team in Brighton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving property department handling high-quality residential conveyancing work within a supportive and collaborative environment. The team combines experienced lawyers with developing talent, creating a culture that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider property team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client care

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong technical and client care skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
