About The Role
This full-time position as a Residential Property Lawyer in Shropshire offers a salary of £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and brokers, the role demands strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills. Applicants should be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner with at least three years' PQE. The firm provides a supportive setting where the postholder can build client relationships and develop their career.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established Private Property team in Shropshire. REF:5496.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

- You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, delivering a professional, efficient and client-focused service throughout.
- Working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
- There will also be opportunities to get involved in networking, develop existing relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
Skills Required
- A Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner with at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
- The confidence to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
