The Role
Join a highly regarded, well-established law firm located in Manchester, seeking to welcome a Residential Property Lawyer to its thriving Real Estate team.
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advise a diverse client base on a wealth of transactions such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties, auction transactions, and bridging finance matters.
- Work autonomously on an independent caseload and simultaneously benefit from the support of an experienced Partner on more complex issues.
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice to ensure that legal matters progress efficiently and to the highest professional standard.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Chartered Legal Executives with 2 years PQE or equivalent experience who can demonstrate a proven track record of independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
- Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions is essential.
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act is considered highly advantageous.
- Experience using case management systems and mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would also be beneficial.
- You will possess excellent technical ability, strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, client-focused approach.
