Residential Property Lawyer

About the Role

You will be dealing with a broad range of residential property matters, including HNW freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other related residential conveyancing work, managing the caseload under your own direction. You will manage matters from initial instruction through to completion, providing a high level of client care and working closely with estate agents, lenders and other professional parties.

Candidate Requirements

They are interested in seeing CVs of candidates with around 3+ years’ relevant case-handling experience, ideally gained within the London market.
