Residential Property Lawyer Bristol
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 + attractive benefits package
Location: Bristol | Hybrid working available
TSR Legal is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded, specialist residential property practice with an established presence across the South of England in the appointment of an experienced Residential Property Lawyer.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking property team with a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality service to clients, including a significant portfolio of high-value residential matters.

The Role
Working as part of an established residential property team, you will manage your own varied caseload while working closely with junior members of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handling a broad range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Dealing with lease extensions, remortgages, refinancing, and transfers of equity.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional introducers.
- Working closely with estate agents, brokers, and other key contacts.
- Supporting and developing junior members of the team.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to Paralegals and Assistants.
- Maintaining high levels of client care and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the wider residential property team.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Around 4+ years' PQE within residential property, although relevant experience will be considered.
- Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner.
- Strong experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
- Excellent knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Experience of lease extensions, refinancing/remortgages, and transfer of equity work.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Previous experience of managing, coaching, or mentoring junior team members.
- A commercially minded and proactive approach.
- Ambition to develop your career within a growing specialist property practice.
