Location: Frome

Position Type: Full Time – Permanent

Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm – Monday - Friday

Salary: Dependent on experience


We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our client in their Frome office.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in all aspects of residential property
  • Ability to run your own caseload
  • Familiarity with case management systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Caseload Management: Independently manage a full caseload (sales, purchases, transfers, new builds) with minimal supervision.
  • Client Communication: Advise clients, provide quotes, offer timely updates, and deliver excellent service.
  • Legal Process: Conduct searches, draft legal documents, research property ownership, and handle routine correspondence.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Financial/KPIs: Meet targets for file completion, revenue generation, and efficiency.
  • Business Development: Network and promote the firm internally and externally.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and client care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload.
  • Attention to detail.
