Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working within a collaborative and professional environment that values clear communication and strong client care. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Delivering a high standard of client service with proactive and clear communication throughout each case
- Supervising and supporting support staff, helping to develop team capability
- Contributing to business development, networking, and maintaining strong client relationships

We are Looking For
- Qualified Residential Solicitor or Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Strong experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Excellent client care skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Confident using case management systems and legal software
- A team-focused individual who is organised, reliable, and motivated
