Residential Property Lawyer
Our client, a medium sized, leading UK firm with offices in London and East Sussex are now looking for a further Conveyancer, C.3 PQE+ to join their Legal 500 practice.
About the Role
You will be joining a diverse and proactive team, working alongside experienced solicitors, legal executives, paralegals, trainees and conveyancing assistants. The role will involve handling a quality and varied caseload of medium to HNW residential transactions. Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership transactions, Right to Buy matters and transfers of equity.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong residential conveyancing experience, excellent legal and communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. You should be proactive, commercially minded and keen to take on a challenging and varied role within a supportive and collaborative team.
