If you’re currently working in residential property or block management this Residential Property Manager opportunity gives you the training and support to manage your own portfolio and develop a long-term career within the Block Management sector.
Previous Block Management experience is not essential. If you already have it, we'd love to hear from you too.
The Package:
- Up to £40,000 inclusive of car allowance, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Office and site-based role
- Occasional evening AGMs, with advance notice
- 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Structured training and development into a fully autonomous Block Manager position

Company & Role:
Harte Recruitment is working with an established property business in Leeds to appoint a Residential Property Manager.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll support the management of a residential block portfolio across Yorkshire while developing your specialist knowledge. You'll handle day-to-day property matters, build relationships with key stakeholders and spend time on-site carrying out inspections.
The Person:
- Experience within residential property management, estate agency or a similar property background
- Previous Block Management experience welcomed but not essential
- Organised, proactive and confident managing a varied workload
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Eager to learn and develop specialist Block Management knowledge
- Looking to build a long-term career within Block Management
- Full UK Driving Licence required

The Residential Property Manager Role:
- Support the management of a residential block portfolio alongside experienced colleagues
- Handle day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with landlords, leaseholders, contractors and stakeholders
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and other day-to-day property matters
- Carry out regular site inspections
- Ensure required compliance standards are met
- Attend occasional evening AGMs, with advance warning
- Gradually take ownership of your own portfolio as your experience grows
