🏡 We’re Hiring: Residential Property Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)
📍 Based in our Tunbridge Wells Office
📅 Monday – Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Bracketts Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tunbridge Wells.
If you're self-motivated, and customer-focused with a strong background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties using STREET and MRI Qube software
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
- Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
- Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation

👤 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A solid track record in residential property management
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Experience in people or contractor management
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge area
- Experience with STREET and/or Qube software (preferred but not essential)
