Join our dynamic team as a Residential Property Manager and take charge of overseeing daily operations at our residential properties.
In this energetic role, you will be the key point of contact for Landlords, tenants, and team members, ensuring smooth property management processes. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment while maintaining the property's value and appeal. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant care
- Utilize Alto property management software to update records
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence with Landlords and tenants
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with prospective tenants, current residents, and service providers
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety standards and property appearance are maintained at all times
- Assist with upselling amenities and rent reviews to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues

Qualifications

- You must have a minimum of 3 years sector relevant experience
- Familiarity with Alto or similar property management software is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in upselling or customer service roles is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism in handling enquiries
Pay
£27,520.00-£30,000.00 per year
