Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Windsor – hybrid, 3-4 days per week in the office
Salary: £26-32K plus excellent benefits package

Join a highly respected law firm with over 100 years of history, providing trusted legal advice to private and commercial clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join an established Windsor team and support a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

- Previous residential property/conveyancing paralegal experience
- Experience with residential sales and purchases
- Knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Understanding of the conveyancing process through to completion
- Experience with searches, enquiries and title documentation
- Strong client communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and progress transactions effectively
Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting residential sales and purchases
- Preparing contracts and conveyancing documentation
- Ordering searches and handling enquiries
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
- Supporting exchange, completion and post-completion work
- Maintaining accurate files and progressing transactions efficiently
