Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Altrincham (on-site)
Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 plus bonus and benefits
Experience: Must have previous Property Paralegal/Assistant experience
If you’re a Residential Property Paralegal who enjoys being the person that keeps a transaction moving, spots the detail others miss, and keeps clients updated properly, this is a great opportunity to join a busy residential team where your support genuinely matters.
Our client is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join their Residential Property team. You’ll support fee earners with case preparation, document management and client communication, helping the team deliver a smooth, efficient service across a varied caseload.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in residential property. You’ll be hands-on with files from day one, develop strong technical and organisational skills, and work in a supportive environment where high standards and client care are taken seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting, reviewing and organising documents for residential property transactions and related matters
- Managing case files and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and up to date
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and external agencies to gather information and keep matters progressing
- Supporting case preparation through research on relevant laws, regulations and precedents
- Preparing correspondence, reports, schedules and updates using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks to keep workflow running smoothly
- Working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in residential property is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident client communication and a professional approach to service
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and confidence learning new systems
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in person as part of a team
