Paralegal – Residential Property
Are you an organised and proactive Paralegal looking to develop your career in Residential Property? Field Seymour Parkes is seeking a motivated individual to join our highly regarded Residential Property team and support the delivery of exceptional client service.
About the Role
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced solicitors and legal executives on a broad range of property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading regional law firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
- Conducting searches and handling Land Registry applications.
- Supporting post-completion processes and file closure procedures.
- Providing a professional and responsive service to clients.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a Residential Property or Conveyancing environment.
- Possesses excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy team.
- Is proactive, enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
