Residential Property Paralegal

6 months+ experience, GBP 27,000+ (DOE) plus excellent benefits, Herefordshire

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a successful Residential Property Team. A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing team. Known for its client-focused approach, the firm offers a supportive environment and high-quality work.

With support from an established team and modern systems, you'll deliver high-quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision, possess some technical knowledge of Residential Property law, and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills. You will also develop close relationships with clients and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
