A highly regarded East Sussex firm with deep community roots and genuine market leadership is adding to its residential property team in Bexhill due to increased workload. This isn't backfill. It's strategic growth driven by client demand, strong local referral networks, and the firm's reputation for handling residential conveyancing properly.
If you want residential property work with real variety, genuine client relationships, and a firm that's genuinely on the rise in the area, this is it.
The Firm
One of the leading practices on the South Coast with over 100 people across the firm. Built on trust, relationships, and consistency, not volume processing. Organic, sustainable growth driven by a loyal client base and strong referrer network.
The culture is friendly, supportive, and refreshingly down to earth. People stay because they're trusted, supported, and genuinely given space to do their job well. This isn't corporate speak. It's reflected in retention and reputation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
