Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our client's Residential Property team. You will manage your own caseload and provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity process. You will be responsible for protecting clients’ interests, ensuring legal obligations are met, and delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, from instruction through to completion.
  • Provide clear and professional legal advice on matters including contracts, source of funds, gift deposits, searches, titles, leases, mortgages, and associated enquiries.
  • Handle all stages of the transaction, including issuing contracts, mortgage redemptions, exchange of contracts, and completion.
  • Review and report on searches, titles, leases, mortgages, and management packs across both new-build and second-hand transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, delivering a high level of service and supporting the growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
