A close-knit and highly respected boutique, based in the West End and recommended by the Legal 500 for their residential real estate work, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to join their friendly team. With circa 20 legal professionals working between residential and commercial real estate, their offering is well-established and good quality, with a good mix of panel (70%) and HNW client (30%) work.
They pride themselves on a great work/life balance with excellent hybrid working (2 days a week in-office), friendly environment, and excellent progression. Due to a busy caseload they are looking to expand their current team with a well-established property professional with strong client management skills. This position would allow you to grow professionally with excellent support within the firm and a pleasant working environment!

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including complex and HNW transactions
- Assisting senior legal professionals and Partners with larger matters
- Guiding junior solicitors and supporting their growth within the team with some supervisory duties
- Working on the development of the team and larger firm including on and marketing projects
- Managing client relationships and building long-lasting relationships
Desired Skills and Experience
- UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Level 6 CILEX executive with 3-6 years PQE (other levels will be considered)
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality residential property law experience ideally within a Legal 500 firm
- Technically strong in advising clients in a variety of relevant matters
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve minimum time targets and billing requirements
