A highly regarded, full-service boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its established and supportive conveyancing department. The firm has a loyal client base, including longstanding legacy and HNW clients, and beautiful waterfront offices in South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional team offering genuine work-life balance. Hybrid working is available following probation, working 3 days from home / 2 days in office.
The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Matters will include:

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New-build sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Transfers of part
- Adverse possession matters
- Bridging finance
- Drafting conveyancing documentation
You will provide high-quality legal advice to private clients, maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective referrers, and contribute to the continued development of the department.
About You
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have:
- Min 3 + years PQE
- Strong experience managing a varied conveyancing caseload
- The ability to handle matters independently from instruction to completion
- Familiarity with the UK Finance Lenders’ Handbook
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- An interest in business development and developing referral relationships
