Residential Property Solicitor, 2+ PQE, GBP 40,000+ (DOE) plus excellent benefits, Herefordshire

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a successful Residential Property team offering high quality work. You will manage your own files from instruction through to completion, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and a range of associated residential property transactions.

Role Overview

With support from an established team and modern systems, you'll deliver high-quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of Residential Property law
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills
  • Develop close relationships with clients and key contacts
  • Offer legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders
  • Offer exceptional levels of client care
