Residential Property Solicitor (7+ years PQE)
Full Time | Head of Department | Hybrid Working (West Wickham)

The Role
You will:
- Lead the Residential Conveyancing Team from the West Wickham office
- Manage your own full, high volume caseload with complete independence
- Support, guide and develop the wider team around you
- Build on an already strong client and referral network across West Wickham, Bromley and the surrounding areas
- Play an active role in business development, growing the client base and building the firm's profile
- Deliver client service that builds and protects a strong professional reputation
- Help drive the firm's continued growth and standing in the region
About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Residential Property
- Currently practising as a Residential Property Solicitor (Senior Associates and Partners who are keen to show that they can build upon the already established Residential Conveyancing offering in West Wickham will be considered).
- Confident leading a team and comfortable managing high volume caseloads
- Someone with an established profile and client following in West Wickham, Bromley or the wider region
- Proven when it comes to business development and building lasting client relationships
- A strong communicator with a reputation for excellent client care
- Driven by a can do attitude and always willing to go the extra mile
