Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

📍 Essex Area | Hybrid Working Available | Full-Time

About the Firm

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded legal 500 ranked firm with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and property investors across Essex.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of new instructions, the firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer to join its busy and expanding Residential Property team. The department continues to attract a steady flow of quality work and offers an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, homeowners, investors, landlords, and developers.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
  • Proven ability to manage a residential property caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team
