Residential Property Solicitor
Salary: £40,000–£60,000
Location: Bromsgrove
Contract: Permanent
Overview
Sellick Partnership are pleased to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bromsgrove with the recruitment of a Residential Property Solicitor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established residential property team with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, working closely with clients and other professionals to deliver a high standard of service.
The role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own matters and is keen to develop their career within a supportive and established residential property practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Dealing with matters efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of client service.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other professional contacts.
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing client and professional relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
- Ensuring files are progressed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Required Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
- Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction through to completion.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial, proactive, and client-focused approach.
- Interest in business development and developing professional relationships.
