Role: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: North/Central London
Tenure: Full-Time | Hybrid
Proper Recruitment are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for a Property Solicitor to join their growing team in North/Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Taking on matters within the property department, with cases and transactions including (but not limited to) freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-financing and transfers of equity.
- Managing own case load and building your own work and contacts with potential referrers.
- Obtaining regular positive feedback from clients, colleagues and referrers.
- Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.

Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be experienced at multi-tasking, managing time sensitive matters and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
- Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Salary:
- Circa £50,000 - £55,000
