A Top 100 UK law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, businesses and entrepreneurs. Due to growth, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong lawyer who wants more than simply running transactions. The successful candidate will play an active role in developing client relationships, building their professional profile and contributing to the growth of a thriving practice.
You'll gain exposure to high-quality residential property work while being supported to develop your own network, generate work and establish yourself as a key member of the team.
For the right individual, this role offers a clear and accelerated route towards Senior Associate and Managing Associate progression.

The Team
The Residential Property team sits within the firm's wider Private Client division and advises a client base including:
- High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Families and family offices
- Trustees
- Property investors
- Entrepreneurs and business owners
The team handles a broad range of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Remortgages and refinancing transactions
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Complex title issues and property structuring matters
- High-value and time-sensitive transactions
Known for delivering commercial, pragmatic and highly responsive advice, the team works closely with colleagues across Private Client, Tax and Dispute Resolution to provide a seamless service to clients.
This role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own matters and is keen to take the next step in their career.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of private practice and wants to be involved in helping grow a successful team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Work
- Manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work on high-value and complex residential property matters
- Provide a responsive and high-quality client service throughout transactions
Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Private Client team
- Share knowledge and contribute to a supportive team culture
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate
- Play an active role in the team's ongoing development and success
About You
Applications are welcome from solicitors with:
- 2-4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience gained within a respected law firm handling matter of a similar HNW value
- The ability to manage matters with an appropriate degree of autonomy
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- An interest in networking, business development and practice growth
Experience handling complex residential property matters would be advantageous, but attitude, drive and relationship-building ability are equally important.
