The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles, and leasehold documentation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and lenders
  • Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing lawyer who enjoys client-facing work and is looking to further develop their expertise within a collaborative and ambitious team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or SQE-qualified lawyer
  • Experienced in handling a broad range of residential property matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
