Residential Conveyancing Lawyer 2+PQE, Wiltshire, c GBP 40,000+, plus extensive benefits

On behalf of this very successful law firm we are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to handle a varied caseload of residential transactions. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.

This busy conveyancing team continues to grow and they are looking for an ambitious individual to join them supporting their clients through every stage of their property journey.

This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established firm with excellent client networks and supportive colleagues.

Responsibilities

As a Conveyancer, you will handle a full range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working independently while being part of a collaborative team.

  • Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and property documents.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients.
  • Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and other third parties.
  • Conducting searches and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate case management records and meeting deadlines.
  • Supporting junior colleagues and assisting with supervision when required.

Requirements

You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
