Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Greater Manchester
Experience: 1+ Years PQE
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits

The Opportunity
I’m currently working with a well-established, successful regional practice in the North West that’s looking to expand its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor who is at least 1 PQE.
The firm has built a strong reputation locally for quality service and client care, with a loyal client base and regular referral work. You’ll be joining a established, close-knit team in a firm that genuinely values work-life balance, autonomy, and professionalism.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and help to buy
- Title checks, reporting, and drafting contracts
You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, with access to administrative support and conveyancing software to streamline processes. The firm encourages a hands-on, proactive approach to client service.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor
- Strong technical knowledge across all standard residential property matters
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
