As an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor, you could join them as they continue to grow.
This is a strategic long-term hire.
- You’re not being brought in to be overwhelmed with 100 cases on day one.
- You’re working together with the senior stakeholders in the business to deliver outstanding client service.
- You’ll have mentorship from a top City trained lawyer.
- Head of Residential Conveyancing has deep property knowledge, so you’ll learn from the best. You’ll also be working closely with the founders of the firm – directly contributing to senior stakeholders.

You will run your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish - leasehold and freehold sales and acquisitions of residential properties nationally.
At the heart of everything you do will be a desire to deliver exceptional client service.
This law firm will offer a friendly, ambitious and down-to-earth environment where you can feel part of something bigger, rather than just churning out straightforward residential property deals.
- You’ll have an ongoing CPD and training budget to keep your knowledge up to date and you’ll receive share options in the firm – that way, you can share in their upside as they grow.
- Flexible working is embraced, and you can expect to be in the office 3 days a week.

What you’ll need
- 1-4 PQE Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Experience in residential property.
- Dealing with files from start to finish.
