Residential Property Solicitor (NQ+)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Location: Tamworth
A well-established, traditional law firm is looking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Solicitor (NQ+) to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to a few years' post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a respected firm.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of legal advice and client care while working as part of an experienced property team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential property caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other third parties
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance and accuracy
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+)
- At least 2 years' experience working within residential property/conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision where required
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Well organised, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality service
