Residential Real Estate Solicitor

West End, London | Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid Working

Eclectic Recruitment is pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded West End law firm in their search for a Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join their busy and growing property department.

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with between 2–5 years’ PQE who is looking to work on a high-quality caseload within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, acting for a mix of HNW individuals, investors, and private clients across London and the South East. The caseload will include:

  • Sales and acquisitions
  • Leasehold and freehold transactions
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build matters

The successful candidate will be given a high level of responsibility and autonomy while also benefiting from strong support from experienced senior lawyers and a well-resourced team.

This role will also offer the opportunity to become involved in networking, relationship building, and wider business development initiatives across the firm.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in residential real estate
  • Strong experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Excellent organisational and client management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and professional approach
  • Experience dealing with high-value London property transactions would be advantageous
