Residential Property Solicitor (2–5 PQE)
A modern, Legal 500 firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its thriving property team based in central London.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- The occasional new build transaction
- Lease extensions
The role will involve acting for a diverse client base comprising homeowners, investors, and developers.
You will also work closely with experienced Senior Solicitors and Partners on more complex matters.
You will be encouraged to develop and maintain strong client relationships, contribute to business development and networking initiatives, and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the property team.

This is a hybrid role where you will only be required to be in the office 3 days a week.
Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor 2–5 PQE
- Experience managing a residential property caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and positive approach
