What about the work?
The successful candidate can look forward to running a varied caseload including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, Deed of Easements, transfers of equity and sales of part. You will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and your strong client service ethic. You will be keen to assist the teams’ pro-active approach to business development and to developing your own reputation in the market place.

The right person for this role will have an in-depth understanding of residential property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. We are looking for a hard-working professional person who has strong interpersonal skills together with confidence when dealing with clients. A passion for business development is a vital trait for this role, along with working as a part of a very friendly team and for a firm that will be keen to support your career development.
