Residential Property Solicitor – West Midlands – 3+ PQE + Hybrid / Part-time + Benefits
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor from Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton to join its expanding residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Property Solicitor in the West Midlands to manage a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and flexible firm.
Offering full or part-time hours, hybrid working and genuine progression, this role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor seeking autonomy, stability and long-term career development.
The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
- Supporting new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Delivering high standards of client care and communication
- Managing files efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Supporting business development and client relationship growth

The Candidate
- 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Experience gained within a reputable firm
- Confident managing a busy caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and file management ability
- Knowledge of compliance, AML and Solicitors Code of Conduct
- Experience in landlord & tenant or lease extensions advantageous
