Residential Property Solicitor – West Midlands – 3+ PQE + Hybrid / Part-time + Benefits

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor from Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton to join its expanding residential property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Property Solicitor in the West Midlands to manage a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and flexible firm.

Offering full or part-time hours, hybrid working and genuine progression, this role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor seeking autonomy, stability and long-term career development.

The Role

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Supporting new build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Delivering high standards of client care and communication
  • Managing files efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
  • Supporting business development and client relationship growth

The Candidate

  • 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
  • Experience gained within a reputable firm
  • Confident managing a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and file management ability
  • Knowledge of compliance, AML and Solicitors Code of Conduct
  • Experience in landlord & tenant or lease extensions advantageous
