About The Role
A Residential Property Solicitor is sought by a well-established law firm in Cardiff, with a salary of £40,000 to £55,000 per annum on a permanent, full-time basis. This role suits a solicitor with over two years of PQE looking to handle a varied caseload.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own workload efficiently
- Processing freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions
- Addressing client enquiries both in person and remotely
- Building strong professional relationships and delivering specialist advice across all aspects of property law

Overview
The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as:
- Managing their own work allocation, processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Working on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
- Handling client enquiries both face to face and remotely.
- Developing and maintaining strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents, and lenders.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
You should have:
- Strong organisational skill set
- IT literacy
- Experience of using web-based case management systems
It would also be beneficial if you are:
- Commercially astute, with an understanding of the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice
- Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
