Residential Property Solicitor 10+ PQE
Buckinghamshire | up to £80,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly regarded medium-sized regional law firm based in Buckinghamshire. The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional to join their large Property team.
This role would suit a legal professional looking to manage their own caseload, build strong client relationships, and work alongside experienced senior lawyers within a collaborative team.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Re-mortgages and equity release
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:
- Provide high-quality legal advice
- Maintain excellent client relationships
You'll have admin support.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to contribute to networking, marketing, and business development activities.
The team places a strong focus on quality client care, professional development, and delivering a high-quality service.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience handling a broad range of residential property matters
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused, and commercially aware
