Residential Property Solicitor

Salary - £60,000 - £95,000 DOE
(2PQE+)

A growing and well-established L500 ranked London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, and lease extensions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Commercial and proactive approach to transactions
