Opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded London law firm with a leading Residential Property practice on a fixed-term contract.

Our client is a prestigious London law firm with an excellent reputation across private wealth, property, and private client work.
The firm acts for a high-quality client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, and property owners, providing commercially focused and highly tailored advice across complex matters.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team, working on a sophisticated caseload of high-value residential property matters.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a small and experienced team and will be expected to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy, while benefiting from dedicated paralegal support.

Duties
- Managing acquisitions and disposals of high-value residential property across London and the wider UK
- Advising on complex freehold and leasehold transactions
- Handling matters involving period properties, new developments, and off-plan purchases
- Advising on lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
- Assisting with residential development matters
- Advising clients in relation to residential property portfolios
- Liaising with high-net-worth clients, agents, and other professional advisers
The position is initially offered on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for an extension, and is available for an immediate start.

The Ideal Candidate
- UK qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 8 PQE+
- Strong experience handling sophisticated, high-value residential property transactions
- Experience gained within a comparable high-end London or private wealth-focused law firm
- Comfortable handling both leasehold and freehold transactions
- Able to manage matters autonomously and provide senior-level support
- Excellent client care skills and confidence dealing with high-net-worth individuals
