Looking for a role where you can genuinely grow your career, have the support around you to succeed, and potentially take on more responsibility as you progress?

A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is looking to welcome a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer into its Northampton team.

This isn't simply an opportunity to manage a conveyancing caseload. You'll be joining a team that genuinely works together, where support and collaboration are part of the day-to-day culture, and where there is a clear opportunity to shape your career around what you want next. Whether you're focused on becoming a recognised technical specialist or would eventually like the opportunity to manage and develop a small team, the firm is open to supporting your ambitions.

The Opportunity

You'll manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload, giving you exposure to a broad range of transactions rather than the same work day in, day out. Matters will include:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
