Location: Farnham, Surrey
A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Farnham is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with the appointment of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX.
The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering Legal 500-quality work and prides itself on providing a high level of service to its clients. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a strong presence across Surrey and the wider region, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The successful candidate will have experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload and will be comfortable managing matters from instruction through to completion. The role will involve a broad range of residential property transactions, working with a varied client base and dealing with matters efficiently and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX
- Have solid experience in residential property/conveyancing
- Be confident managing their own caseload
- Have strong client care and communication skills
- Be organised, commercially aware, and able to work effectively as part of a team
