Residential Property Solicitor, 4+ PQE, London, GBP 90,110,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Property team within a leading central London firm. The role offers the opportunity to advise a sophisticated HNW and UHNW client base on high-value residential property matters, working within a supportive and collegiate environment and alongside experienced lawyers across the firm.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and private clients on a broad range of high-value residential property matters. You will have significant client contact and will be expected to provide commercially astute, tailored advice while developing strong and lasting relationships with clients and their professional advisers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to further develop their career within a highly regarded firm, with scope to take ownership of matters, contribute to business development and play an active role in the continued growth of the Residential Property practice.

THE CANDIDATE

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE and a strong background in residential property. Previous experience advising HNW and UHNW clients within the London market is essential.

You will have experience handling high-value residential transactions and demonstrate excellent technical, drafting and negotiation skills. Strong client management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with private clients, family offices, agents, and professional advisers will be essential. You will be commercially minded, highly organised, and able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, discretion, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service are also key.
