Salary up to £55k
Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified lawyer looking to join a highly regarded and growing property team? You’ll be joining a large and expanding team of experienced property lawyers who pride themselves on delivering a bespoke conveyancing service. What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
- Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients
About you:
- Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified
- Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
